About
I believe our stories are what connect us—especially the tender, messy, complicated parts. There’s a unique kind of magic that unfolds when we gather in circle, soften our defenses, and share the truth of who we are. That’s at the heart of every retreat I create: an invitation to return to yourself in a space that feels safe, soulful, and deeply nourishing.
My own path has been shaped by years of navigating mental health challenges, including multiple diagnoses that at times felt like too much to hold. But slowly, through therapeutic work, embodiment practices, and learning to live in relationship with my inner world, I began to experience true healing—not as a finish line, but as a homecoming. This personal journey continues to inform every aspect of how I hold space.
I’m a registered yoga teacher, bodyworker, and a forever student of what it means to heal and belong. Though I’m not a therapist, I draw deeply from my lived experience and the framework of Internal Family Systems (IFS), which has become a cornerstone of how I support others. I believe that when we welcome all parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion, transformation becomes possible.
I host retreats both near and far—from the Swiss Alps abroad to the wild sanctuary of my home in Northwest Montana. The land here is sacred to me. The creek, the forest, the sauna, the soft everyday rituals—they’re all part of the medicine I offer.
At retreat, you’ll likely find me fluffing pillows, lighting candles, offering you a cozy drink, or cracking a goofy face to make you laugh. I love creating beauty, holding grounded space, and being a gentle presence for people doing brave inner work.
If you’re feeling the pull to join, trust it. You are so welcome here—just as you are.
