Spring Reset in the Mountains — A Through-line Retreat
March 19-23rd 2026 | Northwest Montana | 4 Nights
As winter thaws and the first signs of green push through, this retreat will invite you lovingly into a season of renewal. Think cozy mornings with yoga, delicious spring-inspired meals, sauna warmth followed by a creek plunge, afternoons for reading, journaling, creativity, connecting, and evenings around the fire with the crisp mountain air.
The focus: nervous system reset through yoga, creativity, food, and nature.
You will leave feeling restored, lighter, inspired, and aligned with the rhythm of spring.
The Experience…
Daily Yoga (slightly more yoga-forward than your past retreats):
Morning energizing flow & Nidra
Evening gentle/restorative practice (with meditation + nervous system practices woven in)
Spring-Inspired Meals
Meals will be hearty yet bright, celebrating the shift of the season. Think comfort food with a touch of spring: warming enough for chilly Montana nights, fresh enough to feel like renewal. (example: Wood-Fired Pizza Night: handmade sourdough crust, toppings like caramelized onion + goat cheese, prosciutto + arugula, wild mushroom + herb, classic margherita and Slow-Braised Beef Stew with Root Vegetables)
Sauna & Cold Plunge Creek Sessions — guided cycles for those who want them, or solo quiet time.
Cozy Free Time: reading nooks, journaling prompts, sketching, slow walks around the property.
Learn How to Weave Workshop
I’ll be teaching you how to weave a hanging tapestry on your own lap loom for take home. We will revisit our piece throughout the retreat and you’ll leave with a finished piece of art to remind you of your Spring intention.

This is an intimate 8 person retreat. All of the retreats I lead are intimate and on purpose to create a comfy atmosphere that is nervous system regulating and gentle. The people who come are aware of the space they are sharing with others and are respectful of the overall noise and energy of the sacred space.
The retreats honor where you are—mentally, physically, and emotionally. Come as you are and restore. All movement classes are for all activity-levels as are our daily activities and will be catered to your own unique needs.
Prices are per person. If you wish to share a room with a friend or family member, please let me know. All rooms are first come first serve when booking. If you choose a shared room and are traveling solo, you will share with a new friend you haven’t met yet

“I was so overwhelmed with gratitude and a heart wide open after attending Dani’s Through-line retreat. Her ability to lead a group in a. calm, grounded, joyful way really set the tone or my nervous system to receive. I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I was there. I continue to receive and contemplate the many blessings and energy shifts I had during this time.”

"Attending my first Through-Line Retreat was nothing short of transformative. I’ve never felt so deeply seen, loved, and accepted by a group of people—especially ones I had just met. The space Dani created was filled with unconditional love, vulnerability, and genuine connection, allowing each of us to show up fully and authentically. My heart cracked wide open on that first retreat, and it’s still open in the most beautiful way. I met some of my best friends on these retreats—people who live on the other side of the country but have become some of the closest, most meaningful relationships in my life. That initial experience shifted so much for me that I signed up for multiple other Through-Line retreats afterward, including the international retreat to Switzerland. Each experience stretched my comfort zone and expanded my capacity for connection, self-trust, and growth. Because of these experiences, I now feel a deeper presence in my friendships, a more embodied connection to myself through somatic practices, and, for what felt like the first time, a true sense of nervous system regulation. (Just attend a retreat at Dani’s home in Montana—your whole body will understand.) These retreats reminded me that it’s possible to build a soul-aligned community in just days when you’re met with open hearts and a safe space to be fully yourself. If your heart is calling you to take a leap—across the country or across the world—with people you've never met, I hope you’ll say yes. There’s so much magic, healing, and joy waiting for you on the other side."

About your host
Hi, love. I’m Dani Boltz—a licensed bodywork practitioner, yoga teacher, retreat guide, and cozy gal who wholeheartedly believes in the power of slowing down, connecting deeply, laughter, and creating beauty in the everyday.
I’ve been leading retreats for the past eight years, and they’ve become a kind of seasonal nourishment for me—a rhythm I return to for clarity, connection, and care. These gatherings have a way of cracking us open in all the right ways, reminding us that we’re not alone in our stories—especially the hard ones.
I believe healing happens in community. There’s something powerful about coming together in safe, heart-led spaces where we can laugh, cry, share truthfully, and remember what it feels like to be fully seen.
I host retreats both abroad and at my home retreat property in Northwest Montana. The land here is deeply restorative and the rituals I’ve cultivated in this space have shaped my own healing in ways I’ll forever be grateful for. I weave these rituals into every retreat.
At my retreats, you’ll usually find me making every corner feel cozy and intentional, offering you a warm mug of something nourishing, and holding space for you to show up just as you are. I’m here to help you feel at home—in your body and in the space we get to share together.
I can’t wait to meet you and be your new cozy friend.
